We provide you with a great time limit of 30 days in which you can either return or exchange your product.

  • You must have a genuine and authentic reason in order to avail this opportunity.
  • The product you wish to return or exchange must be there you with in its original condition.
  • You must not remove the tag from the item because if it is done, we will not be able to accept it back.
  • You are supposed to bear the shipping costs involved in sending the item to our warehouses.
  • If you have purchased a similar product in different sizes or color, you will not be able to avail this policy.
  • Any request or complaint filed after 24 hours of your order shipment for a return or exchange will not be entertained. Hence, you must make you requests within the 24 hours time frame.
  • The responsible people and inspection staff at our place with carefully examine the product you have sent back and if any changes are to be made by your end, you can request those to us and inform about them to us on our provided email.
  • You will be sent regular updates after you have made a request for a return or exchange.


  • You will be refunded with the entire of your payment if you will cancel your placed order within the 24 hours after you have made a purchase.
  • 30% of your payment will be subtracted if you will request a cancellation of your purchase after 24 hours.
  • If only 3 days will be remaining in your product’s shipment and you will request us to cancel your order, we regret to inform you that we will deduct 50% of your paid amount.
  • 3 days after you have made your order, we will not be entertaining any requests of cancellation.
